He is a methodical, meticulous, and goal oriented Corporate Trainer and Human Resources Specialist highly regarded for 20 years of progressive experience optimizing employee performance for industry leaders both in the United States and Southeast Asia.
He began his career in the financial services industry and achieved the international standard of excellence with the Million Dollar Roundtable. After working within financial services industry and graduating to a sales trainer and HR manager, he pursued the equity markets on the New York Stock Exchange where as an equity trader, he has analyzed hundreds of companies and sectors which gave him the foundation of understanding the best training strategies organizations should utilize to become competitive in the global markets.
He co-created a Multi-Generational Management online program which enables leaders and managers to understand their workforce. The trainer has exemplary educational qualifications including a Master of Business Administration in
Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University as well a Bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University.
